Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2 July 2026
This policy explains what personal information Pitchponies (operated by L33T Systems Ltd, New Zealand) collects when you use pitchponies.com, the Pitchponies WordPress plugin or Wix app, and the underlying platform, and how we handle it. We comply with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.
1. What we collect
- Account data — the email address you connect with, and the URL of the site you install the plugin on.
- Content data — the ideas, text, and settings you provide, and the content generated for you (posts, carousels, images, PDFs).
- Connection data — API tokens that link your plugin install to your workspace (stored server-side in your CMS, never exposed to the browser), and tokens for social accounts you explicitly connect.
- Usage data — logs and analytics about how the Service is used (for example via Google Analytics), including IP address and browser information.
2. How we use it
To provide the Service: creating your workspace, sending sign-in links, generating content, publishing to destinations you choose, billing for credits, preventing abuse, and improving the product. We do not sell personal information.
3. AI processing
Content generation uses third-party AI model providers. The inputs you submit for generation are processed by those providers to produce your content; we select providers whose terms prohibit using our customers' data to train their generally available models.
4. Service providers
We use trusted processors to run the Service, including Amazon Web Services (hosting, storage, and email delivery), payment processing (Stripe), analytics (Google), and the social platforms you choose to connect. Each receives only what it needs to perform its function.
5. Cookies
The plugin's embedded interface uses strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in inside your CMS (including a partitioned session cookie scoped to the embed). The pitchponies.com website uses analytics cookies.
6. Retention and deletion
We keep your data while your workspace is active. You can disconnect the plugin at any time; content already imported into your website stays on your website. To delete your workspace and associated personal information, email info@supramono.com and we will action it within 30 days, subject to legal retention requirements.
7. Your rights
Under the Privacy Act 2020 you may request access to, or correction of, your personal information. Contact info@supramono.com. If you are unsatisfied with our response you may complain to the NZ Office of the Privacy Commissioner.
8. Security
Data is encrypted in transit; tokens are stored server-side; access to production systems is restricted. No system is perfectly secure — if a breach affecting you occurs, we will notify you as required by law.
9. Changes
We may update this policy; material changes will be flagged on this page with a new "last updated" date.
